At Bikram Yoga North Brisbane you can experience Bikram Yoga, Hot 60, Yin Yoga and Kids yoga. Bikram yoga is a series of 26 postures done in a heated room over 90 minutes. It is a very healing therapeutic yoga physically, mentally and spiritually which will bring you a 90 minute open eyed meditation. Hot 60 is an express Bikram class which is a much more cardio class while still delivering most of the 90 minute series. Yin Yoga is a very Zen yoga which targets the fascia and meridian point...deep stretching in a candle light atmosphere...very relaxing. You will definitely sleep your best sleep ever after this class . Kids yoga is a fun but educational hour where our beautiful children can learn to be quietly confident;while they find out about the importance of looking after their bodies. The yoga gives them tools to be able to handle any stressful situation that they come across in their daily lives. All of our classes are breathing classes, stillness classes, mindful classes, strength classes, conditioning classes and flexibility classes...all in one class.
